Sophie joined Oxford PharmaGenesis in January 2012, and spent 9 years in generalist HR and specializing in reward and recognition. She took over management of our external freelancers and contractors in November 2021, and is committed to building successful and mutually beneficial working relationships between our client teams and their freelancers, and on ensuring that freelancers have a smooth and positive experience when they work with us.
