Evolution of our operating model in the USA

We are thrilled to announce a significant shift in our office model that will enhance our ability to attract top talent from across the USA, build a more flexible and sustainable culture, and – importantly – work from locations and time zones that are closer to our clients. Starting this year, we are transitioning from our Philadelphia office base to a remote/hybrid working model across the USA, allowing us to continue accessing and recruiting talented individuals nationwide. By allowing employees to work from their preferred locations, we eliminate the need for long commutes or relocations, making it easier to attract and retain the best people. We continue to believe that face-to-face interaction with colleagues is crucial for fostering collaboration and maintaining a strong company culture. We will therefore be encouraging our colleagues to meet regularly in co-working spaces where possible and potentially to work together in small hybrid offices in the future.

This change also brings significant benefits to our clients. With our people based closer to our clients, we can provide more localized support and reduce the need for long, environmentally unfriendly trips. Additionally, by eliminating the need for a large office, we reduce our environmental footprint through lower power consumption and decreased commuting. We are excited about the positive impact this new model will have on our employees, clients and the environment. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to innovate and improve our business operations.
