Mo joined Oxford PharmaGenesis in 2020 after a decade of specializing in human resources, talent acquisition and project management across multiple sectors. At Oxford PharmaGenesis, she recruits our newest colleagues who are interested in joining the healthcare communications industry, and she oversees our global recruitment events. Mo is an eternal optimist and is dedicated to ensuring that the recruitment process is always a positive and memorable experience.

Talent Services Partner
Sophie joined Oxford PharmaGenesis in January 2012, and spent 9 years in generalist HR and specializing in reward and recognition. She took over management of our external freelancers and contractors in November 2021, and is committed to building successful and mutually beneficial working relationships between our client teams and their freelancers, and on ensuring that freelancers have a smooth and positive experience when they work with us.
