Graham Shelton, our Founder and Chairman, stepped down at the end of December 2024. We were proud to mark his retirement at our Oxford party, and present him with a book of memories from current and former colleagues and clients from around the world.
When Graham started Oxford PharmaGenesis, he set out to do something different – doing interesting things with people he liked. He has gone on to create something truly remarkable – a company that values quality and human relationships, and combines with this a keen commercial sense to create a uniquely rewarding environment. More than that, he continues to have a lasting impact through the countless lives he has touched – clients, doctors, employees, partners, members of the local community and ultimately the patients we are here to serve. We are proud of the many ways that Graham will continue to contribute, including as lead governor on the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Chairman of the Red Lion community pub in Northmoor. In fact, we will be organizing a drinks reception for Oxford PharmaGenesis alumni at the Red Lion in January, and all are welcome.
Many thanks to everyone who contributed photos and memories to Graham’s memory book, which includes a glowing foreword by the Lord-Lieutenant of Oxfordshire, Mrs Marjorie Glasgow BEM.
The final thanks of course go to Graham. The team and values he established have enabled us as a company to achieve more than we could ever have thought possible. Graham, we thank you for your advice, faith, friendship and perennial good humour. Above all, we thank Graham for his foresight. Under his leadership, we have been planning for Graham’s retirement for over a decade, and he leaves us in good shape as we continue to chart our own course as an independent company.
