For the fourth year running, media brand Medical Marketing and Media (MM+M) has listed Oxford PharmaGenesis in its Agency 100 report – the annual definitive ‘who’s who’ ranking of the healthcare sector’s top marketing firms in North America.
A key indicator of the sector’s health, the hotly anticipated report spotlights the most accomplished players in a competitive and fast-evolving field.
Rankings for 2024 were based on attributes of healthcare communication companies in 2023, including annual revenue, growth in personnel numbers, client portfolio and examples of creative campaigns.
Delivering more for our partners
Contributing to our placing was our introduction of new or expanded services in 2023, alongside the rebranding of certain practices to reflect how they have expanded and evolved.
Our new Omnichannel practice facilitates communications programmes that deliver engaging experiences for audiences, taking into account their individual content and channel preferences and ensuring positive changes in end-user behaviour.
We rebranded our Informatics & Data Science practice as AI & Data Science to align with the evolution in our work towards AI. We also launched Paige, an internal Large Language Model tool.
Meanwhile, our e-learning practice became Learning Design to reflect our broader offering across the full range of internal and external educational and training programme design and execution.
Collaboration and commitment
Our listing in the Agency 100 report speaks to our company’s commitment to innovation, rigour and high ethical standards, and is testament to the strength of the relationships we have with our growing list of clients.
Credit for being listed for four consecutive years goes to colleagues in our US office in particular. Celebrating the achievement, Jill Wund, Business Director, US, said:

As an additional fun task as part of our inclusion in the Agency 100 list, MM+M asked us to design a professional sports jersey that would exemplify our company.
We chose a cycling shirt, to communicate key values and attributes of our organisation, such as teamwork, partnership, sustainability, resilience and endurance!
